Hip Hop legend Rakim is set to appear Saturday, October 3rd as part of the 2009 A3C Hip Hop Festival in Atlanta, GA. Rakim will perform on the MySpace Stage as a part of their highly successful series of live events titled, "The Release". This performance celebrates the long awaited arrival of Rakim’s first studio effort in 10 years.
This event is open only to 3-day pass holders and a limited number of Myspace contest winners. Also on the bill are Jasmine Solano w/ DJ Wonder, Senor Kaos, and DJ Rasta Root. This showcase is taking place at the East Atlanta Ice House (543 Flat Shoals Ave, Atlanta, Ga, 30316), and is open to guests 18 and up - but admittance is subject to the capacity of the venue, so come early!
