title: Tony Williams shares memorable G.O.O.D. Music Studio Sessions
description:
I remember the energy and buzz that was quickly spreading, leading up to the release of Kanye's first album, College Dropout. This was of course before all the extracurricular stuff we've become accustomed to hearing when some one mentions 'Ye. If songs like Spaceship and Get 'Em High, leave you wondering what the vibe in the studio could have been like in order for those songs to go down, then you need to read this article.

I remember the energy and buzz that was quickly spreading, leading up to the release of **Kanye's** first album, *The* *College Dropout. *This was of course before all the extracurricular stuff we've become accustomed to hearing when some one mentions **'Ye**. If songs like *Spaceship* and *Get 'Em High, *leave you wondering what the vibe in the studio could have been like in order for those songs to go down, then you need to read [this article](http://www.complex.com/blogs/2010/04/07/tony-williams-of-g-o-o-d-music-talks-most-memorable-studio-sessions-with-kanye/).

Complex Magazine chops it up with G.O.O.D. Music artist **Tony Williams** about his most noteworthy studio sessions with Mr. West, who also happens to be his cousin and boss. From *College Dropout* and *Graduation* to writing hooks with family and working with [J. Cole](https://www.a3cfestival.com/j-cole/), **Tony Williams** has quite a few memorable moments to share.
