A3C Festival isn't until Oct 2-6th in Atlanta, but we want to support great hiphop throughout the year across the world. So each week in April, we will be giving away a pair of 2013 A3C passes to our favorite Instagram photo. Here are the rules:
Capture a photo you feel represents hip-hop in your city

• post your photo to Instagram
• Tag your photo with #A3City and #[your cities name] to enter the contest.
