A3C’s Circuit Tour stopped in D.C. to showcase some of the dopest up and coming artists from the DMV. Ras Nebyu, PHZ-Sicks, Black Zheep DZ, and event winner Laelo among others, all grabbed the mic for an opportunity to perform in Atlanta this October. Showcase aside, A3C alumni Phil Ade and Lightshow both blessed the stage delivering memorable performances that really put on for our nation’s capital.
