A3C will use the hotel as the hub for many events, including an information desk, ticket will-call and pick-up, vendor exhibit booths, educational panels and workshops and special events to be announced. The hotel is also convenient to public transportation, restaurants as well as midtown and downtown Atlanta.
Note: October is a busy convention season in Atlanta; we recommend that you make your reservations early. All reservations for the A3C Call-In Room Block must be received prior to 09/01/2013, (30) days prior to the festival. After 09/01/2013 rooms will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed at the discounted rate.
