As we lead up to A3C 2013, we'll be getting various interviews with alumni conducted by Maurice Garland as apart of our Beyond The Booth series. The first one is Rittz, who released his debut album, Life & Times Of Jonny Valiant, back in April.
In further efforts to define and understand hip-hop as a way of life, A3C just released its first original interview with festival alumni as part of an ongoing web series. Hosted by Maurice Garland, "Beyond the Booth" shines a light on the artists that make A3C the benchmark for real hip-hop.
First up, Georgia's own Rittz — the Yelawolf assisting, Tech-9 signed up-and-comer. "Beyond the Booth" will showcase the festival's vast array of emcees, producers and DJs who've performed at A3C in the past — the artists who make A3C the epicenter of hip-hop every year.
