Mixtapes have evolved from DJs just showcasing their skills to free albums with platinum downloads. This panel is designed to answer the question, are mixtapes the alternative to Billboard or is the market so oversaturated that mixtapes are no longer a viable option to be heard? Panelists include DJ Burn One, Trackstar, DJ Green Lantern, DJ Red Alert and DJ Judgemental. This discussion will be moderated by Randy Roper of Ozone/Million Dollar Dreams.
