What inspired you to start curating shows?
Stemming from the hashtag, #carefreeblackgirl, is an entire movement. We are inspired by providing a space for Black women to share their art, business, or story.
How does your show stand out?
With female rap on the rise, this stage is one to watch. The CarefreeBlackGirl Cookout stands out due to it being more than just performances however, it is a full on experience centered around Black Women. From vendors, a glam bar, braid and lash bar, women entrepreneurs and girl talk, this is sure to be one to remember!
