Rolling strong in its 5th year, The NOLA Hip-Hop Awards highlights the very best of New Orleans Hip-Hop Artists with local and national notoriety that have exemplified the aspects of urban culture.
The NOLA Awards reminds residents of New Orleans that the city is famous for more than its Brass, Jazz or Funk Music; The Big Easy has produced many international Hip-Hop sensations such as Lil' Wayne, Frank Ocean, Jay Electronica and August Alsina. The Awards Honor The people of New Orleans that kept their Urban traditions alive. Multiple Generations of Hip-Hop Artist from the city plan to come together to "Bridge The Gap" for one great night celebrating 'Nola Hip-Hop' Music.
Supreme Street also contributes to the community by providing internship, mentorship and other opportunities for self-expression throughout the Nola Hip-Hop Awards. The Show is set for October 25, 2014 at the Joy Theater, at 7pm. Check out some of the Highlights from Last year's Show!
