Here's the instructions:
1. Print this sheet out on your home computer
2. Cut around dotted lines*
3. Take what's remaining of the sheet and start spraying
4. Don't get caught.**
*For a more durable stencil, paste sheet onto cardboard before cutting
**And by that we mean don't get caught putting this on anything you don't own or have permission to improve.
