BET is known year after year for bringing the biggest stars to the A3C's stage.  This year BET Music will continue its trend by bringing one of Hip-hop’s biggest artist from the 305.  They will not disappoint, and their previous line-ups at A3C prove that.

BET Music Matters was founded in 2010 and is dedicated to showcasing up-and-coming talent.  A3C has similar goals that align with BET’s Music Matters and these enterprises make great partners.  Both enterprises have goals to showcase new artists through live performances.

BET began its close relationship with A3C in 2012.  The showcase then was located at the industrial venue, Terminal West.  BET presented Big Boi and Kirko Bangz as the headliners and introduced Kid Daytona and Skyzoo.

The following year, Meek Mill headlined along with Christian and Grammy-Award winning rapper, Lecrae.  In 2013, A3C was also introduced to Chicago native Vic Mensa and surprised guests with an appearance from Atlanta native Young Dro. He performed his comeback hit, FDB and had the crowd lit.

In 2014, BET took it back to the early 2000s with Juvenile and Mystikal headlining the show.  That year, they introduced artists Kevin Gates and Glam I. Rock.  Nappy Roots also made an appearance and brought the show back in time to Southern Hip-hop royalty.

2015 was the year that the showcase took to the main stage of the festival and brought a more conscious sound to the line-up.  Atlanta rapper Cyhi The Prynce took to the stage with his storytelling techniques and versatile skill set.  Cam’Ron and former Roc-A-Fella member, Beanie Sigel took back to the 90s as they took the A3C stage. BET also introduced Kris Kassanova and Goldyard and turnt up the audience with performances from the Migos.

As A3C continues to grow, BET continues to bring the heat.  This year, the BET stage will present Rick Ross & friends.  Ross celebrates his 10th anniversary of the album, Port of Miami and is set to tear the stage up.  Royce 5’9” Stalley is also on the line-up along with surprise performances and more performers to be announced.  This showcase will kick-off the festival Friday on the Main Stage and will be the perfect introduction to the rest of the weekend.

In the past four years, BET Music Matters has presented amazing lineups and will not disappoint this year.  There are many surprise performances in the works, guests will not want to miss it.
