For the second consecutive year, WonderRoot is thrilled to team up with our friends at the A3C Hip Hop Festival for some incredible music, film and art programming. The WonderRoot Community Arts Center will host three days of workshops, seminars, performances and lectures on all things hip hop.
Come check out hourly producer demos in our recording studio, learn about out of this world artist collaborations, decode the lyrics of artists like Sha Stimuli, Boog Brown, and J-Live, and learn about their unique approach to writing. Test your free styling skills with the incomparable Soul Food Cypher MCs and examine the cultural phenomenon that is southern Hip Hop. Learn how to design and create your own buttons, tees, and logos with the experts at Fallen Arrows. Don't forget to about our hip hop photography exhibition with Cara Pastore and Sheree Swann, entitled Freestyle. Additionally, WonderRoot is teaming with Atlanta Film Festival to present the first ever A3C Film Festival. We'll have three days of feature films, short film competitions and commissioned films by Fabian Williams and Will Feagins Jr.! The schedule is packed with awesome!
