We have lots to bring you from the homie Kaos so let's jump right into the press release:
Atlanta, GA US – May 14, 2010 – Atlanta’s favorite hometown emcees, Señor Kaos and 4-Ize, have collaborated with Hip Hop legends De La Soul for a catchy new track with a fresh take on the streets.
The song, titled “Concrete Jungle”, is from a street perspective and highlights many of the challenges of growing up in the inner city aka the concrete jungle. It was recorded in Atlanta’s Upstairs Studio and produced by Morgan The Mexican.
“Concrete Jungle” will be released on 4-ize’s new project “Off The Top Rope” with DJ Don Cannon, available on May 17, 2010 at www.4ize.com. Señor Kaos is also featured on the track, “Ultra Beast Part 2″ along with New York City’s Punchline.
Señor Kaos has been recognized by numerous media outlets as one of Atlanta’s finest emcees and has worked with many Hip Hop greats, but he was honored to collaborate with De La Soul, who celebrated their 20 year anniversary last year. Atlantans can catch Señor Kaos in action on June 14, 2010 at The Loft, when he opens for (Reflection Eternal) Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek.
About 'Concrete Jungle', Kaos says:
"I recently got a chance to be featured on a record with De La Soul on a joint for the homie 4-Ize's new project 'Off The Top Rope'. The song is called 'Concrete Jungle' and I must say it's a honor to trade bars with legends."
