For last month's 'Classic Material' feature we highlighted French DJ collective C2C. This month we're bringing it back with Miami's favorite back-to-back-to-backer (among many other victories, he won The DMC Championship three years in a row), DJ Craze.
Some will say that Dee Jays who use hybrid systems like this one are cheating because you're not changing/flipping records. Or the other argument which is supposedly that the computer does all the work for you. Unless there is some REALLY good video image manipulation going on, I see Craze doing every single thing you hear. Sure, he may 'trigger' some sounds with buttons but even that requires accurate sense of timing and rhythm.
I really don't need to explain the force this cat has with the zigs. Just sit back and enjoy. Comment below after you're done picking your jaw up from the floor.
