I want to take a moment to show love to the [Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival](http://bkhiphopfestival.com/artists.html), which is coming up next week in (where else) Brooklyn, NY. As a former BK resident and a multiple year festival attendee, I can honestly say that this is one of the greatest music events that I've ever attended.

[Tickets](http://brooklynbodega.showclix.com/) this year range from $5 - $60 depending on what package you get. Even at $60, the BK Hip Hop Fest is well worth it seeing as you get a full week's worth of shows. Find out more at their [official website](http://bkhiphopfestival.com/), or [buy tickets directly here](http://brooklynbodega.showclix.com/).

If you're able to make it out the
