Cloud City “Only the Flyest can Enter” started as a catch phrase in 2009 by Ricardo Moore (@RickiRich). Then turned into a society which people started to go by the name. Afterwards became a business with partner Quinton Wilson in Miami ( @_Qtarantino ) Cloud City Clothing has continued to make moves since its creation.
