**There is a very short list of Hip-Hop artists that have distinguished themselves as Music Moguls. **Master P** tops that list. Master P made history, and was one of the first artists to fully realize the commercial power of Hip-Hop. From his hometown New Orleans, Louisiana; he personally built an empire called No Limit Forever Records. Master P and No Limit owned the late 90s. He has been the driving force behind the No Limit movement, and there's still be a lot left in the tank.**
