Amidst gearing up for the annual Fool’s Gold DAY OFF at this year’s A3C Festival, A-Trak has released a new single called “Believe," featuring Atlanta’s own Quavo and Lil’ Yachty. Live from Café Mambo in Ibiza, A-Trak called in to Beats 1 to in order to break down the origin of the song, which was recorded last year at Quality Control Studios.
“We recorded the song hanging out, I wanted that to come through in the vibe of the song, that this is a hangout thing, having fun. Even the way that they’re trading lines back and forth. To me, it reminds me of the way that Jadakiss and Styles P used to do it. People don’t do that enough anymore, just trading bars,” he said.
Listen to “Believe” below, and be sure to catch A-Track and the rest of our Fool's Gold DAY OFF line-up when they hit the A3C 2017.
