Where are you from? |
| How has your city and influenced your music? My city influenced my music a lot; I'm a product of my environment. I come from a city where both sides are divided & everybody in the city trying to make it out. I use my music to motivate & inspire. |
What song, video or project are you most proud of to date? The song I'm the most proud of is "Bandz". That's the song that really caught national attention. Anywhere I go somebody quoting the lyrics to me and when I perform it, the energy is crazy. I didn't expect that record to take off the way it did. |
What do you enjoy about bout being a hip-hop artist? I enjoy the art. The fact that I can express myself musically, put the music out, and then attract people across the world that relate to how I was feeling. The fans keep me going. I try my best to always respond back to them when they show love. |
What can people expect from you over the next 6 months? You can expect a lot of Mi$tro. I've been working on a plan for about three years and now it's time to execute. Pay attention to what's about to happen. |
What advice would you give to yourself a few years ago? I would've told myself to stay patient. I used to rush a lot and get frustrated if things didn't work out. Now that I've learned patient, my career has gotten a lot bigger, way faster. |
