The Shade Room’s brand manager, Brian Young, is gearing up to be in attendance at this year’s A3C Festival & Conference. After graduating from Morehouse College with a degree in Business and Spanish studies, Young began to work as a creative marketer for various artists under Sony Entertainment. Throughout his career, Young has had aided in re-branding companies, as well artists such as J.Cole, Tinashe, and Future. After starting his own business titled, Brian Young Entertainment, Young has effectively created innovative marketing strategies for established brands such as the W Hotel, and The Shade Room. TSR is an online blog that caters to providing audiences with celebrity news and gossip. While Young has been hired at TSR, the company’s ratings have gone up due to appearances on Fox News, US Weekly, and the Wendy Williams Show. During the A3C panel Young will be sharing his thoughts and opinions on what it takes to organize and direct suitable marketing schemes for independent companies like TSR.
