Written by Micah 'Shinobi X' Jennings | Sep 16

The East Atlanta native, 21 Savage is set to go “Savage Mode,” at this year’s A3C Festival & Conference. His underground success began to brew in 2015 with his debut project “The Slaughter Tape,” he later followed up with the “Free Guwop” EP and “Slaughter King.” When first getting into music seriously producer Sonny Digital guided him along the way and even gave him his first microphone to practice recording.

In 2016 his career reached new heights when he was featured on 2016 XXL Freshman Class. He even teamed up with freshman peer Lil Uzi Vert to go on a sold-out statewide tour. He then went on to collaborate with Grammy nominated producer Metro Boomin on the project “Savage Mode,” which gave the young artist nationwide acclaim. Debuting at #1 on Apple music across all genres as well as accolades from major publications such as Fader, Complex, and XXL.The project has nine tracks of gritty and grimy trap lyrics and banging production. His hottest record on the tape, “X” ft Future, has over 18mil plays on Soundcloud alone. This is by far 21’s most successful project to date.

With his buzz continuing to grow, 21 Savage has been guiding his 21 team to success. Him and his artists Lotto Savage, Freaky D$MG, and Mookie Madri Gra have been supplying that gangsta sound Atlanta has been missing.
